How can I check my order and delivery status?
Once you have placed your order online for an item in stock, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your order and send it from our distribution centre before you can begin to track your order. You will then receive an order confirmation email, with a link to track your order.

How Long Does Delivery Take?
In most areas, shipping will take 7-10 business days which includes processing time at our warehouse in Bali. In some remote areas, delivery can take up to 10 business days. We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound, so we require a signature on all of our deliveries. If you are not home to receive your package, the courier will leave a card with further instructions.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Our couriers can only deliver to a street address and a PO BOX. This is because the package is coming directly from Bali.
Can I order online and pick up my order from At Home With Hilda Directly?
Not at the moment, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned.
Do At Home With Hilda Deliver Overseas?
Most definitely. Delivery will take a little longer than our Australian estimated delivery times, but it will still be well worth the wait.
Ensure A Safe Delivery
Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, At Home With Hilda will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent.
Order Confirmation
All At Home With Hilda orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.
Australia
Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via a Priority Post service with Australia Post for a charge of $11.95 per parcel. All orders over $150 with a delivery location within Australia will receive complimentary shipping. This will automatically apply at cart during the checkout process. You can expect to receive your parcel within 1 to 5 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
International Delivery
We use DHL for all deliveries. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. At Home With Hilda does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

Please note that, as they are sent via email, gift cards do not qualify toward the free shipping threshold.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
